HAA Arbitration Policy

No Arbitration

No arbitration for the following items:

  • Title delay/title absent (90 days after sale date)

  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System)

  • Blow-by on diesels

  • Vehicles deemed AS-IS except for unannounced title brand, TMU, flood and structure

  • Hybrid components

  • Hail

  • Vehicles sold for $3000.00 or less

  • Known and/or normal issues not subject to arbitration

  • Ford 6.2L engine ticking noise (sound like lifters)

  • Dodge 3.6 / 5.7 lifter noise

  • Chevrolet 2.2 / 2.4 Ecotec timing issue

Houston Auto Auction reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this policy at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice and to limit the number of times a purchasing dealer may participate in this policy.
